Full Moon

Ah, University.  It was the best of times, it was the worst of times.  This story reflects one of the not so great times of this Dickensian sentiment as you will see in a moment.

I was hanging out with several of my friends in one of our dorm rooms.  We were discussing a variety of topics and watching videos on Youtube.  Typical things like that.  At one point during the evening one of my friends, we’ll call him Dilbert, starts asking me to explain how bad my eyesight is.  While I was in the middle of explaining what it was like, Dilbert interrupts me and proceeds to moon me and everyone else who was unfortunately in the room.

Now for those of you wondering what it means to moon someone…ask your older sibling or your parents.  I don’t want to get into the specifics of it here, as I do not condone this behavior.

I suppose most of it was my fault for having caused Dilbert to believe that I was pretty much completely blind, so he assumed he could get away with it.  Unfortunately for me I could see it as plain as anyone else.

It was gross then, but looking back on it now it’s not so bad.  Mostly because I wasn’t the one who felt the need to expose myself in front of everyone.
