So I found this program that will help me get in shape or at least more in shape than I am now in 30 days. I’m not looking to get buff…I just want to turn a tiny bit of fat into muscle. It’s not a weight issue. I’m not overweight by any means, muscle just takes up less space than fat.
Unfortunately, I discovered I’m not in shape enough to do 15 pushups in a row…which is the requirement for the first day…so until I can do that, I guess I’m going to have to put the schedule back a bit.
It’ll be nice to be slightly more in shape again. Just enough so you know that your muscles could handle something without breaking down on you.
