The thing about Easter is, you can’t cancel it. It’ll come just the same. It’s like the Grinch, but a different holiday. Easter isn’t about the chocolate, or eggs, or even being together with family. Though all of those things are pretty great, Easter is about Jesus dying for our sins, and coming back to life three days later. Nobody else can do that. It’s a big deal. Therefore, it’s impossible for that to be taken away from us by humans, no mater what a situation looks like in a particular year.
