Yet another extension of the state of emergency here. It would almost be easier if they just came out and said, “look, this is how life is going to be. Get used to it.” All these extensions keep giving us false hope. Tell us the worst case scenario. Tell us this is forever. Tell us we need to be constantly watched and snitched on because we can’t be trusted to do anything right. We may not like it, but at least it’s the truth. If this ever does get fixed, which nobody really knows how, then it will be a bonus.
