A local church located in Quispamsis, NB (Kings Valley) has been working hard to produce a new album for the Saint John music scene. This month finally saw the release of KV Worship Album – ‘Rise’.
This is the first time the Kings Valley church, whose congregation comes mainly from Quispamsis, Rothesay and Saint John, has produced a full-length worship album. The KV Worship band put in a lot of passion and commitment in the project to make it the best it can be and are very excited with the results.
The album consists of 9 tracks including the following:
1. Our God Saves
2. Everlasting God
3. Our God
4. How He Loves/Nothing But the Blood
5. Came To My Rescue
6. The Stand
7. All The Way My Saviour Leads Me
8. Doxology/Agnus Dei
9. You’re Beautiful
The album cover reveals the reason behind the development of the CD. “This recording belongs to Jesus. It was recorded for the sole purpose of blessing His Holy Name. It also belongs to the people of Kings Valley Church who have continuously supported us in our endeavours to make music for the King of kings.” It also has a special dedication that reads “Dedicated in memory of Carrie McKay, whose passion in life and in worship will remain in our hearts forever.”
The group is now selling their worship album at a great price as well. $10.00 is the fee and these CD’s can be bought through their web site at ‘
