The first time it happened, I was at my family cottage. My dad and I were watching the first Dr. Strange Movie in this never ending Marvel movie train we are all currently being subjected to. It was a warm summer day. I remember the first 5 minutes and then I woke up half way through. Dad asked me if I knew what was happening. He had fallen asleep too. That’s normal for him though. Neither of us knew, so we just shut it off and went outside.
Another time I fell asleep during Lord of the Rings….until Gene (From the Apartment Drama Series) got mad at me! “How can you fall asleep during this wonderful movie!” he said. In my defense, there’s a lot of walking going on.
I fell asleep during Chicken Run 2 and annoyed my little sister.
Now I fall asleep during pretty much every movie. I’ve accepted it as a new part of my life. It never used to happen growing up. Maybe I have seen all the different kinds of movies by now. Even if I haven’t seen every single one.
