I help out at this after school program at my Church. It’s for kids aged 10-11. Every Tuesday afternoon these kids will run as fast as they can from the school down to where the Church is located. Then they will have snacks and a devotional lesson of some sort and then usually games. Most of these kids are super pumped throughout the whole two hours, even if we do games at the beginning they may not have blown off all thier steam so to speak. I’m sure some of them could run, yell, scream, and wrestle all afternoon if we let them (hypothetically speaking of course) It makes me wonder, where do they get all their energy? and where did all mine go? After all, I used to be their age at one point in time.
